Healing Touch Sessions

Healing Touch is an evidence-based and nationally accredited Energy Medicine therapy which activates a person’s natural energy flow to enhance and support physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and healing. Practitioners apply light or off-body touch while administering interventions with heart-centered intentionality to clear energy blockages and balance the energetic flow to the mind, body and spirit.

Chakra Alignment Session

Our chakras are the body’s energy centers, each connected to specific organs, glands, emotions, and areas of wellbeing. When these centers are in balance, energy flows freely, supporting vitality, clarity, and a sense of wholeness. When they’re blocked or imbalanced, it can show up as physical tension, emotional overwhelm, or a feeling of disconnection.

These sessions are designed to gently restore harmony within your energetic system. Each session includes:
    •    Energetic Assessment – to tune into where your energy centres may be under active, overactive, or blocked.
    •    Gentle Touch Techniques – to invite balance, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.
    •    Sound Therapy – using frequency and vibration to help clear, activate, and realign your chakras.

Using intuitive guidance alongside nervous system awareness, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you; whether that’s a decision point, an emotional pattern, or an underlying sense of feeling stuck. The intention is to create space for what’s ready to be seen, felt, and integrated.
